About the Association
The Association shall be called the Albanian-Canadian Community Association of Toronto, or in abbreviated form, the Albanian-Canadian Community Association of Toronto.
The headquarters of the Association shall be in the city of Toronto, province of Ontario, and at such address as shall be determined by its Board of Directors.
The Association shall adopt its emblem at the Meeting of Members. The manner of use of the emblem of the Association shall be regulated by a decision of the Board of Directors.
Our History
Early Community Efforts
Before 1989
Efforts to create the Albanian-Canadian Community Association based in Toronto began long before the organization was officially founded. Members of the Albanian community shared the vision of creating a unified organization that would represent and support Albanians living in Canada.

Preliminary Creation of the Association

August 11, 1989 marks the preliminary creation of this pan-Albanian association. This milestone was achieved through the tireless efforts of the initiating group, who worked to unite many compatriots around a shared and meaningful purpose for the Albanian community.

Official Registration
November 4, 1990
The Albanian-Canadian Community Association of Toronto was officially registered with the Canadian authorities as a non-profit community organization on November 4, 1990. This date is recognized as the official founding of the Association.

The official logo of the Association was created with strong symbolic meaning. It represents Albanians from all Canadian provinces, each symbolized by a maple leaf united around the two-headed Albanian eagle, representing the motherland.

Today the Albanian-Canadian Community Association of Toronto continues its mission of preserving Albanian culture, supporting community members, and representing Albanians within Canadian society.

Our Mission
The Albanian Community of Toronto is a non-profit organization that will provide a voice for the Albanian community of Ontario, helping to develop Albanian culture, art and heritage in Ontario.
The Albanian Community of Toronto operates without religious, political or provincial divisions to preserve the Albanian national spirit in Canada.
It does this through the cultivation of Albanian values, culture, national traditions and language, as well as the provision of diverse services to different age groups in the Albanian community.
The Albanian Community of Toronto strives with dedication for an honorable inclusion of the Albanian community in Canadian society, the enhancement of the values and name of Albanians in Canada, their fullest representation in various state and social structures as equals among all other nationalities in the multicultural Canadian society.
Our Objective
Informative and Educational
By providing members of the Albanian community with information and lectures in accordance with the development of inherited culture, with gatherings and celebrations of days of national importance, as well as by encouraging learning in the Albanian language.
Cultural and Entertainment
Through various means and forms of knowledge dissemination such as periodicals (newsletters, bulletins), radio and television, musical, sports, literary and business-related activities, our national tradition will be preserved.
Humanitarian
The Albanian Albanian Community Association Toronto will provide, as far as possible and necessary, moral and material support to members of the Albanian community in Toronto.
Our association is not a political organization, but it has the right to support all Albanian efforts that are democratic and national, as well as to support the Albanian people in their homeland regardless of territorial or religious affiliation.
Supportive
The Albanian Canadian Association of the Toronto will work to create conditions and encourage the participation of all social groups in the life of the Albanian Canadian community.
Entrepreneurial
Continuous work will be done to improve and develop the Association through its expansion into other surrounding areas and cooperation with sister associations will be strengthened.
The Board of Directors of the Association will determine by decision the conditions and criteria for the establishment of its branches.
